the staff were very hardworking, the atmosphere was quiet and everything was fine. had a perfectly pleasant stay in our brand-new and well-equipped room with a double bed, the bedroom, as for instance. the service was very good and the pool was nice.

The room was neat and silent in general, with double bed. The hotel had a marvellous location next to the transport. I had some drinks at Diana Restaurant & Pub, positioned 400 metres away.

Frankly, the rooms are ridiculously small!!! The noise insulation is abysmal!!! Poorly maintained spa facilities with a lack of adequate temperatures!!! Parking confusion is frustrating!!! Really, a smart TV would have been a basic necessity!!!

Cozy room, friendly staff, with the cleanliness of the room making it a pleasant place to unwind after a day of exploring, and the convenient location made accessing the tram and metro easy for travel around the city.

One minor inconvenience is the need to book the sauna and steam bath early and in person.

Stayed 3 nights in a Standard Double Room. Super comfy beds-slept like a baby! Room was clean daily with fresh towels and water. The air conditioning was on point, a relief in the warm weather. A bit on the small side, but it felt cozy after a day exploring. No noise issues, great for a good night's sleep.

The room on the 5th floor was excellent, with a sizable balcony that was a good surprise. Breakfast offered a wonderful mix of cooked and centennial style dishes. The staff, particularly Hasan, provided a warm atmosphere and helpful local tips that enhanced our experience.

I was impressed by the cleanliness and spaciousness of the Standard Double Room, made moving around quite easy. The helpful staff assisted with my luggage and provided excellent recommendations for nearby dining and attractions.

Great looking hotel, right place for 4 nights in Istanbul. Modern room with an electronic key card, work desk, satellite TV, and very comfy bed. - Amazing view of the street. - Outstandingly accommodating staff, especially the manager.
